Repository and Self-Archiving Policy

The Journal of the Namibia Scientific Society permits authors to deposit the final published version of their article (Version of Record) in institutional or other repositories of their choice immediately upon publication.

Deposited articles must include full citation details, the Digital Object Identifier (DOI), and acknowledge the Journal of the Namibia Scientific Society as the original place of publication.

To ensure consistency and accuracy in the scholarly record, the journal does not permit the deposit or circulation of submitted manuscripts (preprints) or accepted manuscripts (postprints).

The journal supports the broad dissemination and long-term accessibility of published research.
